The stainless brackets were made to fit the retro-mod design of the Catfish, and include stainless finish hardware and a rubber gasket on the mating surface of the hood. The glass is actually DOT ANSI approved laminate glass that’s 1/4″ thick. It’s two pieces of glass with a protective layer of plastic between them that holds the glass in place in the event of a break.
Also added yesterday was a set of headlight covers. They’re “B” stock, meaning that they’ve got a few small defects, but they should be covered up by the bugs and road grime before long.
