After having seen these pictures, hopefully you will have felt like you were at the SEMA show. SEMA is a mix of business, show cars, live “Car Crazy” going on in the background, lines, hangovers and more. The cars at the show run the gamut; Some live on the car show circuit, and spend more time on a trailer than on the actual road. Others are pure race cars…on and off road. Most are there to show off the wares of the vendors.
Since there’s such a huge supply of cars, it’s not uncommon for the SEMA vehicles to go completely overboard with customization. Recent trends have included 30″ rims, rhinestone-covered car bodies, chrome wraps, bagged suspension, gold plating and more. With all these extremes vying for attention, it’s easy to overlook some of the really well-done cars at the show. The over-the-top SEMA show cars can look just plain silly when they’re not at the show.
Here’s a compilation of the cars that caught my eye.
